Bayshore Soccer Club Coach Information
Our primary mission is to develop successful club, high school, and college players.
BSC uses systematic training, including Coerver coaching, to improve indvidual skills and raise the level of team play.
Developing and training players is a higher priority than winning every game. Our coaches are expected to be positive role models who demonstrate courtesy, self-discipline, and good sportsmanship including respect for players, officials, and the game.
BSC pays the cost for our coaches to obtain MSYSA (Maryland State Youth Soccer Association) licenses and to become certified by the Red Cross in Sports Injury and CPR.
The player's welfare must always come first in every decision our coaches make.
